How long is the subscription for?
There is no long-term commitment! You can cancel whenever you’d like!
How much is the deductible and how much is the copay?
There are never any copays for your consultations and there is no deductible you must reach in order to get your benefits.

Not at this time. In order to provide quick /efficient service, when a consultation is requested, it will go into a queue.The first available physician with that state license will accept and process the consultation.
Do you provide telemedicine in every state?
Yes . Telemedicine services are provided in every state. (Arkansas law as of 9-1-2017 requires initial consultation be in video and all subsequent consults can be performed via phone.)
Do you provide consults outside the United States?
No, consults are not available outside the United States.

Do you provide video consultations in every state?
